Magnifier
This tool is used to zoom in or out.
Holding down the SHIFT-key lets yo temporarily shift between zooming in and zooming out.
If you want to zoom in to view a particular area of your drawing, then use the zoom-tool to drag a rectangle covering the area you want to view.
